Salthill Devon U18 Girls win the league @ Eamon Deacy Park in a play-off with Cregmore. After a nervous start with Ria McPhilbin saving a Cregmore penalty after 2 mins, the Devon girls went on to dominate the first half scoring three goals in 9 mins.

Sadhbh Doyle, player of the match, was presented with a Salthill Devon recognition award by Coach Mark Hengerer and Club Secretary/U18 manager Pat Lawless

Cregmore continue to pressure but two more goals in the second half saw Salthill to a comprehensive victory. Sadhbh Doyle, player of the match, was also presented with a Salthill Devon recognition award by Coach Mark Hengerer and Club Secretary/U18 manager Pat Lawless.

Sadhbh at the old age of 16 ! was capped for the Irish Senior team against Wales. Shauna Fox was also capped , another former Salthill Devon player.

They joined current seasoned Internationals Méabh DeBúrca, Niamh Fahey & Julie Ann Russell  also former Salthill Devon stars
