Rules of the Five

1. Games will be played on a half pitch with two periods of five minutes and one minute intervals
2. The offside rule does not apply.
3. Any player sent off shall be ineligible for the remainder of the competition.
4. Teams not on the pitch at the appointed time shall be automatically disqualified.
5. List of players (seven) must be given to the organising secretary before the first game.
6. Entries must be received not later than Monday 31st May 2009 together with the €100 entry fee.
7. Late entries are on a stand-by basis only.
8. The draw will appear on www.salthilldevon.ie and in the local press the week before the tournament.
9. The decision of the organising committee is final.
10. Full team strip including shin guards must be worn by all teams. Best strip will be rewarded.
11. In the event of a draw, extra time will be played with the goalkeepers being withdrawn. The referee will reduce the teams down to three a side and then two a side until a goal is scored.
